I didn't know that Penn State licensed pretzels:

I presume that's as in Pennsylvania because so many pretzels are made there. (We've been to Lititz and earned our pretzel-making certificate!) It's a company in the UK: www.pennstate.co.uk (although that website doesn't seem to exist). These pretzels were pretty bad. I'll stick with Rold Gold.
