We can’t seem to keep away from India. We’ve come back for a month to see new sights and visit old friends.
First, we spent a day in Mumbai to adjust to a new time zone.

| Rather than stay by the airport (as usual), we stayed down in the southern part of Mumbai at the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. It’s in the old colonial part of Mumbai, with much history and “atmosphere”. This is a view of the small-boat harbor with the Gateway of India at the far left. |
